Cruising Around Sarande

Canada Day Morning
June 30: The air is a lot fresher after the rain. We head out and watch a bit of the Ivory Coast vs Norway game at the FIFA fan zone before heading for dinner.
July 1: Happy Canada Day! I apply my Canadian flag tattoo and we head to the waterfront for a relaxed coffee before catching our all day boat cruise.
The Boat Cruise

There are five beaching stops on the cruise: Bay of Rrjodhe, Soldier’s Beach, Gremine, Bay of Kakome and Kroreza Beach. It is 30° today, which is the coolest day so far but it is still nice to be on the water.
The cruise is a great deal; all day, with lunch and all you can drink alcohol, pop or waterfor 25€ per person. The alcohol part is wasted on me because I am sticking to water.

The Greek island of Corfu is so close that we can practically swim there. The view from the balcony at our apartment is dominated by the island.
The salty aqua and blue water is refreshing and it is enjoyable to float in the waves, followed by reading a good book on the beach.
I doze off on our way back to Sarande. Tonight is a night of packing because we fly to Italy tomorrow. After packing, we plan to go to the fan zone to watch England vs Congo.
