We went back to Ahu Tahai to take some last pictures of the moai in the morning light before making our way past the cemetary to the boat docking area. The day dawned bright and sunny. I was awake early because some psychotic rooster started crowing long before dawn and kept going. We made our way down to the waterfront, passing a primary school with a very large and  interesting choice of sculpture outfront.
